Single Ply is a single layer membrane that can be mechanically attached, fully adhered or ballasted with pavers or rock.  These systems have been installed in low slope roofing applications for more that 60 years.
Single Ply systems we install are:
PVC, KEE, TPO, EPDM

Modified bitumen roof systems have been used on low-slope roofs for more than 100 years. It is made of asphalt combined with polymerized rubber or plastic, and reinforced with fiberglass creating a rugged and flexible waterproof membrane.

Spray Foam Roof Systems, also known as (SPF) Spray Polyurethane Foam, typically consist of three primary parts: roof deck and/or substrate, polyurethane foam and protective surfacing. SPF can be applied to various types of substrates, including wood, concrete, metal, rigid insulation and some existing roof membranes.
